Tenten threw her head back in frustration. Her mind was racing with different formulas, numbers, and facts about Math, Science, and Genjutsu. She had stupidly put off her homework earlier to go running at the park.
After the nice long jog, the brunette was covered in a layer of sweat and thought A shower can't wait,. She took her time as she then went to get cleaned up. After a half-hour long shower, Tenten found herself cooking a small meal for that night; couldn't go hungry now, could we? Shortly after, much to her surprise afterwards, the brown eyed Junior student was on her hands and knees cleaning the wood work around the house so it shined in the light.
And, even after all of that, Tenten found herself still doing meaningless chores around the house. It was about Four in the afternoon when she decided that enough was enough and she was going to fail if she couldn't sit down and focus on her school work.
Oh but the distractions! All around they were! The TV, stereo, computer, phone, and that irritating little mark on the wall that was just itching to get taken care of.
No! She thought angrily as she gathered up her backpack and headed out the door. She would find a nice, quiet, non-distracting place to study. And as she wandered the town streets, she finally found it.
Sighing of relief, Tenten entered the library and found a secluded table in the back. She spread out her work all around there...
And sat.
And sat.
And sat some more.
She even resorted to the classic "trying to get the pencil to balance on the nose" (which as expected, didn't turn out very well).
It was another hour before was actually able to get focused. And by the time we join this frustrated young women, she only had one subject left to conquer. Though if she didn't take a breather, she was sure to explode.
Which lead to now. Tenten sprawled her self out, legs kicked up on the table, head back and chair on the back to legs.
Only a little bit more, She thought with a smile.

What few people know is that one of the greatest pleasures of being a madman is that, if you're a teacher, the students never bother you. You can just sit at your desk all day reading your 'educational' books, trying to come up with some lame excuse to get a raise even though you weren't doing any actual look. Just leaning back so far in your flexi-seat that you were almost laying completely down, holding the book in one hand and trying to balance a pencil on your nose with the other.
This is why Kakashi loved being a teacher whose students thinks he's insane.
The day had already begun, he had already opened the newest volume of Icha Icha, making the spine crack and the fresh smell of new, printed paper fill the room as he waited for his homeroom kids next block. What did it matter that he spent all night like an idiot looking for this book? It was worth it.
It was so warm, a nice spring day; lying back and reading...
....Zzzzzzzz....
The book fell from his hands and landed on his face after he closed his eyes. His snoring was soft a light.
Maybe he should have gotten some sleep last night.
When he awoke, it was hours later. The first thing he saw was white. Black specks but mostly white, causing him to rear back, flail his arms, and fall out of the chair, under his desk.
I've gone blind!
Just as that thought passed through his head, the book fell from his face and the blurry world around him cleared, changing into a dark classroom.
Oh. Kakashi attempted to get up, only to have his head slam against the bottom of his desk. Rubbing the back of the neck and ignoring his watery eyes, he stood more carefully this time, ducking out from under the desk. Once he was upright, he cracked his back loudly with a yawn.
How long was I out?
Kakashi glanced up at the wall clock; his life flashed before his eyes and he thought he was having a heart-attack.
FIVE?! It's FIVE?! PM?! Sure, he had taken a few naps in class before, but he didn't sleep through school entirely!
Calm down, Kaka-sensei... he scolded himself, It isn't as bad as it seems. It's just one day, and the classroom doesn't look completely destroyed... Just get your things and leave like you had planned it all along.
His body obeyed his mind, picking up his briefcase and slipping his jacket on. That's right. Just leave. It'd be fine. Just as he opened the door to the hallway and stepped out, though, he tripped, sending him face-first into the opposite wall.
...Ow.
Kakashi touched his nose tenderly as his eyes began to water again, causing everything to blur; he patted the ground rather blindly until he touched the thing that had tripped him, He held it up.
Some kind of library book, it looked like. Kakashi frowned, opening the book and noting that the due date was today. The pages were worn and dog-eared, and a blue plastic card stuck out as a book mark. Slipping the card out, he flipped it over and read the signature on the back.
This is a library card. Tenten's, he thought for a moment, then realized that she must have dropped it in the normal stampede to leave the classroom. Kakashi debated mentally for a moment before slipping it into the inside pocket of his jacket. I'll return this to the library for her. There, I'm doing some good, God, okay? Forgive me for sleeping in class and whatever... Kakashi thought as he jogged down the hallway.
Pushing open the front doors, he was off.

Running a hand through her hair, Tenten debated on whether to go home and finish up, or to spend the rest of her time here. It was sort of quiet (duh, it was a library) and that hadn't bothered her before due to the large amount of work she drowned herself in. But now that she took time to calm her racing mind, the silence was starting to get irritating.
Instead of focusing on that, she tried to think of her on-going list of things to do. People to see, chores to get done, and of course, the school work that lay in front of her. And in the back of her mind, there was this nagging thought that she was forgetting something.
Closing her eyes, she tried to picture what had happened through the day. School. Yes, but that wasn't such a big problem-she had everything under control there. She went on her daily walk and/or run. Uh-huh, nothing wrong with that. Hell, she had done all the chores that she had planned for the week. So what in the world was it?
Her eyebrows dipped slightly, wondering if....
Oh! She sat up suddenly and snatched her bag which was hanging casually on the back of her chair. Setting it down in her lap, her hands began to find their way through all of the pencils, books, paper, and old forgotten assignments that were there. Oh come on! She thought bitterly as she slowly retracted her hand. She knew she put her library book in her backpack this morning!
If so, where did it disappear too? Not only that, her library card was in there! What if she suddenly needed a book? "You've got to be kidding me..." She murmured under her breath again as she started to rummage around her things again.
After another fifteen minutes of no more success than the first time, Tenten sighed. If she didn't find that thing by the time the library closed, she would be charged a late fee. And she didn't have that stupid money to spare.
At least I can stretch my legs, She thought as she slowly made her way away from her things. She would look around the building first, to see if it was anywhere there. If not, then she would retrace her steps from all of today.
Pain in the butt... She thought.
