Ino flipped through her usual magazene. She recently had a bunch of customers, both at the flower shop AND the Fashion shop which she worked at part time. She had never seen so many customers at either place!
She happily twirled her golden hair. She was actually excited at work today, wondering who would be the next person to enter through the door, set off the chime, and buy some flowers. She was actually thinking that someone would come in today!
After waiting anxiously for three hours, Ino's spirit began to fall. No one had come to the shop. She decided to clean it up a bit- now that she had finished reading all four of her latest magazenes.
She first took out the polish and began to scrub the top of the desk. She washed all the small, yellow tidbits of pollen that had fallen off of the store's precious flowers and onto her desk.
She then decided to pull her hair back. It was too long to have falling in her face while cleaning up. Carefully, she pulled her long blond hair into a hair tie. "Perfect." she said aloud, although no one was around to hear her.
She soon sat back down at her desk. She didn't really feel like doing hard work and yet, she had nothing to do. She had nothing left of her hopes. *Today,* she thought to herself, "is going to be very dull...*

Kimimaro looked up at the shop in front of him, admiring the flowers in the windows. The sign red in small kanji, 'Yamanaka Flower Shop'. He smiled lightly before pushing the glass doors open, taking off his gloves and scarf as he did so; as he expected, the inside was warm and humid, like a greenhouse, and very unlike the icy cold of the outside.
He looked around the shop and saw a girl with blonde hair and aquamarine eyes. Kimimaro gave her a quick smile before he turned down one of the aisles. It smelled nice in the shop, like soil, leaves, and of course flowers. It made the shop feel...homely.
One particular plant caught his eye- some kind of red orchid he had never seen before. He bent over to get a closer look.

*Finally! A customer!* Ino thought happily to herself as she watched the boy come in. She smiled and said, "Welcome to the Yamanaka Flower Shop!" as he paused to give her a smile. She was overjoyed to finally not be alone in the store. It looked a bit better now that she polished her desk too.
She sighed. She went to the nursery in the back, leaving the door open. The room was totally quiet. There, all the plants in poor shape stayed to get better or die. Either way, they were not for sale unless the owner promised to keep them in an environment such as the one she stood in. She instinctively went to the sink in the corner and filled the watering can with water. She went to each of the plants. She first blew on each of them lightly, to feed them some carbon dioxide. She then scooped some healthy soil into their pots, and then added some water, but made sure it wasn't too much.
She then paused at a certain red rose plant. She shed a single tear as she stopped. She blew on it. She then, added the soil and water. As she did so, she talked to it. "You know..." she said, "out of all the plants in this nursery, I hope that you get well soonest. You're a very pretty rose plant and it would be a shame if you died on us..." She knew that the talking would be good for it as well.
She looked over all of them now. She didn't leave yet, but she just looked. They were all in such conditions that made a flower shop owner shed a tear every now and again. She smiled, however. They all looked better since the time they entered the little quiet sanctuary. She took out a small paper fan, however. It was warmer in there than any other place, room, or section in the shop.

Kimimaro looked around the plant to see if he could find some kind of label, one that said what the flower was. Since it was in a small pot, he picked it up and looked back at the counter. He frowned; where did the girl go?
Then he saw an open door. Unsure of whether or not he was allowed back there. He didn't want to get into trouble for snooping or something, especially since the girl might not even be there. He pushed the door open wider and gazed around, his eyes snapping to the girl. So she was in here.
"U-Um...excuse me...?" he said softly to get her attention, hugging the plant closer nervously. He wasn't going to get into trouble just for looking for her, would he?

Ino smiled and looked at the boy. She was a little embarassed that he needed help and had to come looking for her like that. She then said, "Can I help you with anything?" as she guided the boy out of the room and closed the door behind them.
She tucked a stray hair behind her ear. She then thought to herself as she examined the boy, *Hm... He either doesn't know what it is or is wanting to check it out...* She decided to answer the potential question of what it was and said, "Well, it looks like you're holding a red cactus orchid plant.
She smiled and reached to the top shelf of an entire book case of flower information guides. She pulled down one on the plant the boy was holding. She showed it to him, but didn't hand it over just yet. She would wait until he had the chance to put the plant down.

The girl looked at Kimimaro with a smile, saying, "Can I help you with anything?" as she guided him out of the room and closed the door behind them.
Before he could say anything, the girl said, "Well, it looks like you're holding a red cactus orchid plant." She then turned and took down a large book, showing him the cover. It had the exact same orchid on the cover, but the real one was much prettier. He smiled and set down the orchid.
"It's pretty," he said. "I've never seen one before!" Then, deciding that he couldn't go around calling her 'girl' in his head, Kimimaro asked, "What's your name?" Right after he said it, he regretted it; she was probably wearing a name tag, and now he probably thought he was stupid. Once again, he had spoken without thinking first.

Ino smiled. She then said, "I am Ino. Yamanaka Ino." She twirled a strand of her blond hair. She didn't really know what else to say to introduce herself. She decided to ask, "Might I ask for your name?" She knew it was a pointless question but she was tired of referring to him as "him" and "boy" in her mind.
She walked him over to the counter as she said this and placed the plant down on the table, along with the book. She then tightened her hair tie. Her aqua eyes seemed to shine as she inhaled the sweet scent from the plant. It was rather beautiful.

"My-My name is Kimimaro," he said. "Kaguya Kimimaro." Kimimaro said. Then he realised something. "Yamanaka? Do your parents own this shop?" He asked, feeling slightly jealous. To be around all of these beautiful plants all day...she was so lucky.
((Short, sorry))

Ino smiled. "That's a nice name. Yes. My family does own this flower shop. It's really nice but it gets pretty lonely considering that there are no other employees." she sighed. She was the only worker in a flowershop that seldome got more than one customer per day at a time.
She looked at Kimimaro. He looked familiar. She then said, "By chance, do you happen to go to Konoha High?" She knew it was a stupid question but she hadn't talked to another person in a while and she was curious. He seemed nice enough to talk to.
(sorry for shortness... ^^)
